Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Please allow 3-5 days for the order to be processed and be ready to ship or to pickup. Please note this is a small business and there is only one person handling orders. For shipping orders, please allow another 2 to 3 more days for orders being handled at Postal Office according their Terms and Conditions Policies. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Once you received shipping confirmation, VIVE Collection is NOT responsible for Postal Office Service delays or any lost or stolen packages.
Refunds or Returns Policy:
No refunds or returns accepted unless product is damaged. If product is damaged, please contact us at vivecollection.pr@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving. Photos must be included.
